How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–6 business days
- USA: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods.
How are orders sent?
All Chess Club orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or Fedex.
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
This applies to both UK and international orders.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and internationally. We work closely with carefully selected manufacturing partners to ensure high quality, fair value, and consistent standards across all products.
Most products are made in Europe or Turkey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn
- Returned in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.
How do I return an item?
We recommend returning items:
- In their original packaging
- Using a tracked and insured delivery service
Returns are free for UK orders only.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:
- Chess Club is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit
- We strongly recommend using recorded delivery for all returns
